# list_scores (/mcp/list-scores)



Lists the organization's scores, newest first, as [`GET /v1/scores`](/reference/list-scores). Read-only.

Returns `scores`, each with its `model_id`, `status` (`training`, `ready` or `failed`), `criteria` (what it predicts, in words), `created_at`, `calibrated_at` (or `null`), `examples` and `bad_rate` (the examples it was created from), `scored` (records scored with it) and `outcomes` (those with an outcome sent to [`calibrate`](/mcp/calibrate)). Check it before [`create_score`](/mcp/create-score): the user may already have the score they need.
