calibrate
Send the outcomes of scored records, so the score improves.
Sends outcomes, as POST /v1/calibrate. Up to 10 per score per day.

Returns job_id, matched, unmatched and request_id. Poll get_job_status; score calls after it completes use the updated score. Send good and bad outcomes alike. See Calibration.
