Master services agreement

The agreement that governs using Grayson, including the acceptable use policy.

The Master Services Agreement governs your organization's use of the Grayson API and the Finic portal. You accept it for your organization when you first sign in to the portal. It covers:

  • your right to use the API and portal, and what you can't do with them;
  • your data: you own your inputs and outputs, Finic doesn't keep them or train on them, and the Data Processing Addendum governs any personal information in them;
  • your responsibilities for the decisions you make with Grayson's answers, which are probability estimates;
  • how model changes are announced: material changes ship under a new model id, with at least 90 days' notice before an id is retired;
  • fees, confidentiality, liability and termination;
  • the acceptable use policy, incorporated by reference.

Organizations with a signed agreement are governed by that agreement instead.
