How Finic handles personal information about the people who use its websites and the Finic portal.
The Privacy Policy covers personal information Finic collects about people who visit finic.ai and docs.finic.ai, use the Finic portal, or contact Finic: account and organization details, sign-in and security records, billing details received from Stripe, and usage metadata.
It does not cover the data you send to the API or the playground for evaluation. That data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum and Zero data retention.
Finic does not sell personal information, and does not use it to train models. Send privacy requests to support@finic.ai.
