remove_question
Remove a question from a scoring model by its id, without calibrating it.
Removes a question from a scoring model, as DELETE /v1/scoring_models/{model_id}/questions/{question_id}. Free.

Returns the scoring model as get_scoring_model does. A removed question isn't asked or tried again.
- Before the scoring model is calibrated, any question can be removed, as long as one is left.
- After, a question the score uses is removed with
remove_questionsincalibrateinstead, so the score is refit without it: removing it here getsquestion_in_use. The user's questions it doesn't use can be removed here.
