delete_scoring_model
Delete a scoring model, with its records. Admins only; it can't be undone.
Deletes a scoring model, as DELETE /v1/scoring_models/{model_id}.

Returns model_id and deleted: true. Calls to it get scoring_model_not_found from then on.
- It can't be undone. Confirm with the user first. If they only want to stop using it, archive it instead with
update_scoring_modelandarchived: true. - Only an admin of the organization can delete a scoring model: with someone else's key or sign-in, it gets
permission_denied.
